1. No speeding – ever.

2. No distracted driving of any kind.

3. No running yellow lights – prepare to stop on stale green.

4. Complete stop every single time at a stop sign.

5. Wear your seatbelt the proper way before you put the vehicle in drive.

6. Maintain following distance – one semi length between vehicles.

7. NO U-turns when posted with a sign.

Service

Do it right the first time.

99% of the time our drivers do not interact face-to-face with customers. When we do interact, it is 100% professional.

Quality customer service at Banda Logistics means:

- Following the customer’s instructions 100% as written in the Amazon Flex app.
- If we cannot follow the instructions exactly, we immediately call (to voicemail).
- If no answer → send a text.
- If still no response → call again (to voicemail).
- Clear communication and respect for the customer’s wishes are mandatory.

Speed
